We also run a number of Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) classes at The Rack to offer more flexibility to those who are unable to commit to coming to the gym week on week. These classes are a great way to meet other people and have fun whilst you train.
Classes that we currently have running include:
Conditioning
This is a fast paced, cardio based sessions designed to improve your cardiovascular conditioning. We use a selection of weighted exercises, bodyweight exercises and machines to get you working hard and breaking a sweat. Basically this class will get you feeling fit. The class format varies week to week to keep it interesting and lasts approximately 50-60 minutes.
Stretch & Mobility
This class is more relaxing and it is designed to help relieve tension or stiffness in the body. This is often the area that people neglect within their training schedules therefore we wanted to ensure people had time each week that they could dedicate to this style of training. During the session we focus on stretching and mobility drills to help improve joint health, strengthen connective tissues and improve the ranges of motion which your body is able to achieve. All of this will have a positive impact on your other training. The class format varies week to week to keep it interesting and lasts approximately 50-60 minutes.
