TRAINING

Train@TheRack is our personal training package at our private facility in Glasgow. If you have a performance goal, want to be coached through an expert training plan or simply want to learn to lift then this is the package for you. There are a couple of different ways you can do this.

You can either work with us on a one-to-one basis and your training plan will be truly bespoke to meet your desired outcomes. You will have face-to-face personal training sessions with us in our private training facility. And this can be supplemented with an additional training programme which you undertake on your own either at home or in the gym of your choice.

Or if you are someone who feels there is strength in numbers and prefers to train with others, then our small group training package may be more suited to you. The group sessions are led by both of The Rack’s coaches, and the groups are kept small on purpose to ensure that you get hands-on support and are fully guided through the sessions.
